My name is Luz, a Licensed Massage Therapist, with over 5 years experience. My journey into massage therapy began with a deep curiosity about the human body and a desire to help others heal. I was fascinated by how our bodies hold and release tension, how touch can bring comfort, and how self-care can lead to profound transformations in both body and mind.

I pursued formal training at Saint Paul College, learning not only the technical skills required for effective therapy but also the importance of creating a space where clients can feel seen, heard, and cared for. Each session is an opportunity to connect, listen, and provide relief.
